We do not ask visitors to create health profiles, and we do not intentionally collect medical or diagnostic information. We do not use visits to health-related pages to create our own personalized health audience profiles.
4. Why we use personal data and our legal bases
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
Operating, securing, and troubleshooting the Site: our legitimate interests in maintaining a safe, reliable, and functional website.
Responding to messages and requests: our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and providing requested information.
Analytics and user-experience improvement: your consent where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Advertising measurement and affiliate attribution: your consent where required, including measuring outbound clicks and campaign performance.
Compliance and legal claims: compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Cookies and consent choices
We use essential technologies needed for Site operation and, only where permitted, analytics and measurement technologies. Our consent banner is managed with Complianz. You can accept, reject, or customize non-essential categories and later change your choice through the Site’s cookie settings.
For details about cookie names, purposes, providers, and durations, read our Cookie Policy.
6. Services and recipients
We may disclose or make data available to service providers only as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Hostinger
Hostinger provides website hosting and email infrastructure. It may process server logs, IP addresses, security data, and email communications for hosting, delivery, abuse prevention, and technical support. See the Hostinger Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage, Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, and Google Ads for campaign attribution and performance measurement. These tools may process device, browser, page, event, cookie, consent, and campaign information. The linked Analytics and Google Ads configuration currently has personalized advertising disabled. Non-essential Google storage and measurement are controlled through the consent system where required. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, subject to applicable consent settings, to understand how visitors interact with the Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session-replay technology. Clarity may process clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, pages viewed, device and browser details, approximate location, and session information. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Complianz
Complianz supports our cookie banner, consent categories, and records of consent preferences. Consent information may include the selected preferences, timestamp, and technical information needed to remember or demonstrate the choice.
ClickBank, product sellers, and affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination URL may include campaign, affiliate, or tracking identifiers used to attribute referrals and commissions. After you leave the Site, ClickBank, the product seller, and their service providers may independently collect information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not receive your full payment-card details or control the seller’s checkout, fulfillment, refund, or customer-account systems. See the ClickBank Privacy Policy.
Authorities and professional advisers
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, prevent fraud, or handle legal claims. Where necessary, limited information may also be shared with professional advisers subject to confidentiality duties.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International data transfers
Some providers may process data outside Italy or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate safeguards. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, legal compliance, security, and dispute handling. Our general criteria are:
Contact messages: normally up to 24 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is needed for a legal reason.
Privacy requests and compliance records: for the period reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and handle related claims.
Google Analytics user-level and event data: according to the property’s configured retention period, not exceeding 14 months unless a different period is required or permitted by law.
Microsoft Clarity data: according to Microsoft’s retention schedule and the data type involved.
Consent records and preferences: for the configured period needed to remember the choice and demonstrate consent.
Hosting and security logs: according to operational, security, and legal needs and the hosting provider’s applicable retention rules.
Data may be retained longer when required by law, necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
